The Courage "Christian Manhood" Men's Retreat is a weekend retreat to spend some time in prayer and fellowship with other Courage brothers who totally "get" you as we nourish our minds, bodies, and souls with daily Mass, confessions, Holy Hours, the Liturgy of the Hours, inspirational talks, and an optional game of volleyball.

About the Sacred Heart Retreat House: Sacred Heart Retreat House, a retreat house owned and operated by the Carmelite sisters of the Most Sacred Heart of Los Angeles, is located in Alhambra, California, a suburb just east of downtown Los Angeles.
