The Sacred Traditions are a means of communion with God and one another through,  sacraments, devotion and prayer.  Given to us by Jesus, they engage and awaken our physical, mental and spiritual senses to God's presence and movement in our lives.   There are three main areas.

  1. The Sacraments
Rites observed by Jesus, that Catholics participate in today,  serving as evidence of God's grace, sanctifying, building up, instructing and providing means of worship.
  2. Devotions
Ways of  regularly giving or applying one's time, attention or self to matters of holiness.
  3. Prayer
Acts of communion with God such as confession, praise, or thanksgiving.
